Jamie is the Founder and President of SilverBloom Consulting, LLC, an aging services advisory firm specializing in ad-hoc financial projection, financial modeling, and interim CFO/Controller services.

 

Professional Experience

 

Jamie has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience. He is a forward thinker in the realm of aging services and provides project-based analysis to seniors housing developers and senior care providers.

 

Specific experience with aging services organizations includes:

 

• Preparing projected financial statements.

• Preparing financial feasibility studies for development projects.

• Developing ad-hoc financial models to support management, ownership, and Board decision making.

• Providing finance department assistance to CCRCs and SNFs including the month-end close process and preparation of financial reports for Board distribution (Controller functions).

• Serving as Interim or Virtual CFO including finance strategy, capital structuring, revenue cycle management, stakeholder relations, etc. (Executive functions).

• Assisting with the budgeting process, including the modeling of revenues and various department expenses.

• Assist with distressed situations including pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy filing, in-bankruptcy fiscal management and reporting, and receivership.
